Refund policy

Conditions for Return:

 

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in original, unworn condition.

• All original tags must be attached.

• Items must be free from makeup, fragrance, deodorant marks, or signs of wear.

• Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged in any way.

• Items must be returned in the original packaging, neatly folded.

 

Items returned with visible signs of wear or in unsellable condition will be refused or subject to a significant refund deduction for loss in value, as permitted under law.

 

IMPORTANT: Abuse of Returns

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward return fraud or wardrobing (wearing items then returning them). All returns are:

• Photographed upon arrival,

• Inspected for signs of use, and

• Logged against the customer’s account.

Customers who repeatedly abuse return rights may be flagged, and we reserve the right to refuse future purchases.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour within the same 14-day window, subject to availability.

However, exchanges are not guaranteed and are treated as new orders — if the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

We do not accept returns on the following:

• Underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits with broken hygiene seals,

• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable,

• Customised or made-to-order items,

• Items returned outside the 14-day period.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of the return being accepted.

💡 We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if items are returned in a used or damaged condition.

 

HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact us at hello@nancee.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. You will receive instructions for safe return.

3. Returns must be shipped at your own cost.

❗ Klarna Orders

If you paid with Klarna:

• Your invoice will be paused when you report a return.

• A refund will only be issued once we receive and inspect the item.

• Klarna reserves the right to resolve disputes if return abuse or policy breaches occur.

Final Note

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse returns that violate this policy,

• Deduct appropriate value from refunds where damage or wear is detected,

• Refuse service to customers who repeatedly violate return guidelines.
