Refund policy

Conditions for Return:

 

To be eligible for a return:

 The item must be in original, unworn condition.

 All original tags must be attached.

 Items must be free from makeup, fragrance, deodorant marks, or signs of wear.

 Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged in any way.

 Items must be returned in the original packaging, neatly folded.

 

Items returned with visible signs of wear or in unsellable condition will be refused or subject to a significant refund deduction for loss in value, as permitted under law.

 

IMPORTANT: Abuse of Returns


We have a zero-tolerance policy toward return fraud or wardrobing (wearing items then returning them). All returns are:

 Photographed upon arrival,

 Inspected for signs of use, and

 Logged against the customer’s account.


Customers who repeatedly abuse return rights may be flagged, and we reserve the right to refuse future purchases.


EXCHANGES


We offer exchanges for a different size or colour within the same 14-day window, subject to availability.


However, exchanges are not guaranteed and are treated as new orders — if the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN


We do not accept returns on the following:

 Underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits with broken hygiene seals,

 Items marked as final sale or non-returnable,

 Customised or made-to-order items,

 Items returned outside the 14-day period.


REFUNDS


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of the return being accepted.


💡 We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if items are returned in a used or damaged condition.

 

HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact us at hello@nancee.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. You will receive instructions for safe return.

3. Returns must be shipped at your own cost.


 Klarna Orders


If you paid with Klarna:

 Your invoice will be paused when you report a return.

 A refund will only be issued once we receive and inspect the item.

 Klarna reserves the right to resolve disputes if return abuse or policy breaches occur.


Final Note


We reserve the right to:

 Refuse returns that violate this policy,

 Deduct appropriate value from refunds where damage or wear is detected,

 Refuse service to customers who repeatedly violate return guidelines.
